Klein Law Obtains Favorable Settlement for Clients in Carbon Monoxide Exposure Personal Injury Case

Klein Law recently obtained a favorable settlement for its clients in connection with a personal injury action filed in Woburn District Court.  The clients were a mother, father and minor child that had suffered injuries in connection with carbon monoxide exposure at their apartment less than a month after the infant was born.   A lawsuit was brought against their landlord for claims that included negligence and negligent infliction of emotional distress.  The case ultimately resolved through a financial settlement less than two weeks before the trial was scheduled to begin.
