Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Features Article on Favorable Title IX Ruling Obtained by Klein Law

The August 30, 2021 edition of Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly features an article on a favorable ruling in one of Klein Law's cases currently being litigated in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.  The Judge ruled that Klein Law's client, the Plaintiff, could proceed with a Title IX claim against her employer, a local university, even though she is an employee and not a student.
