Klein Law Prevails in Suffolk Superior Court in Zoning Judicial Review Lawsuit

Klein Law recently obtained a judgment in Suffolk Superior Court on behalf of its clients in a case challenging the zoning relief granted by the Boston Zoning Board of Appeal to a Defendant property owner in the Orient Heights neighborhood of East Boston. The zoning relief granted would have allowed a three-story condominium building to be built directly across the street from the clients' residence and obstruct their views of the Boston skyline, Boston Harbor and Logan Airport. In its decision, dated October 17, 2022, the Court ruled that the clients had standing to bring the lawsuit and that the decisions of the Boston Zoning Board of Appeal were invalid.
